Ingrid built a successful Management Consulting firm whose roster included many distinguished U.S. and international clients. The company was affiliated with and partnered on numerous engagements with Ernst & Young. Ingrid has led projects in a wide range of sectors throughout the U.S., in most EU Countries and in China. She has been charged with formulating group strategies, identifying and executing investment opportunities and acquisitions and developing people and practices for each client’s success.

Ingrid was engaged to lead a divestiture of a Procter & Gamble Division. As Interim General Manager for Europe, she built the newly formed company in 14 different European Countries, working with City Ventures for the financing methodologies, with Ernst & Young to design and implement the ERP structure and negotiated the contracts for all managerial employees. Prior to establishing Murro Partners, Ingrid held managerial positions with Siemens Corporation, Robert Bosch Corporation and worked for the Department of Defense European School Systems headquartered in Germany.

Ingrid was involved in various Community Activities and received several Awards. She attended the University of Cambridge in England and received her Diploma in English and earned her Business Degree with Honors in Germany.
