Jeff Ciraulo
Jeff Ciraulo is a seasoned cybersecurity executive with over 25 years of experience in Identity and Access Management. As the President and Principal of Envoy Data Corporation, a leading Value-Added Distributor with a 30-year history, Jeff has been instrumental in delivering cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions to a North American network of over 500 partners. Throughout his career, Jeff has played a key role in shaping the industry, having served on the board of a national multi-factor authentication company. His contributions have helped implement secure solutions that continue to safeguard multiple state agencies and healthcare organizations.
Brian Evans
Brian has over 29 years’ experience in real estate and financial advisory services as well as investment and portfolio management. Brian has founded several successful real estate and distressed debt investing businesses. Brian’s firm provided the exit financing for one of Arizona’s largest bankruptcy and has participated in FDIC failed bank transactions. Brian currently owns and operates a distressed debt/judgment management firm with clients ranging from top 10 US financial institutions on down. Brian began his career with the global public accounting firm PriceWaterhouseCoopers, LLC (formerly Coopers & Lybrand, LLP) performing audits of publicly traded companies. Brian rounded out his accounting and finance experience with the global financial institution Morgan Stanley. Brian is also a member of several corporate advisory boards and is a founding member of The Coach Jesse Parker Legacy Foundation, a nonprofit focused on rewarding excellent teachers and AZM2M Foundation, a nonprofit focused on supporting orphanages and building houses in Mexico. He earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Accountancy from Arizona State University Honors College.

Before starting Foster Financial CPA, Nick served as the Corporate Controller for The True Life Companies, managing the company’s accounting and treasury functions, providing leadership for the team, setting sound financial policies and implementing efficient procedures. Core responsibilities include oversight of financial reporting, the integrity of financials, compliance, tax preparation and filing, and analysis of key financial and operations metrics and benchmarks. Armed with over a decade of experience, Nick combines financial expertise with entrepreneurial thinking, and is especially adept at navigating changes and implementing strategic objectives to support business growth.
With experience in all phases of development, from raw land to the finished product, Nick has worked with subcontractors, general contractors, developers, and small businesses building a range of expertise that covers risk management, tax, financial management and analysis, strategic planning, budgeting, acquisitions and development, start-up planning and business development.

Onkar Kang
Onkar S. Kang is an accomplished entrepreneur and real estate developer with a robust background in financial compliance, business operations, and franchise management. With a career spanning both the public and private sectors, Mr. Kang began as a Civil Servant in the United Kingdom, specializing in financial auditing and compliance within the agricultural sector. His keen analytical skills and deep understanding of regulatory frameworks laid a strong foundation for his transition into business ownership in the United States. Over the past two decades, Mr. Kang has successfully owned and operated multiple franchise businesses, including The UPS Store and Subway, generating multi-million-dollar revenues and earnings recognition for his operational excellence and strategic vision. He has also managed a gas station and convenience store, demonstrating versatility and a consistent ability to enhance profitability across diverse ventures. Currently, Mr. Kang is focused on real estate development in Arizona’s West Valley, where he is leading the planning and construction of large-scale residential projects. As a certified General Contractor (B, B3, CR61), he manages end-to-end development operations, including land acquisition, funding, permitting, and construction oversight. Michael J. McGirr
Michael J. “Mick” McGirr is the founding attorney of Phocus Law, a boutique law firm in Phoenix providing full-service legal representation to businesses and business owners as well as comprehensive estate planning. Mick primarily represents closely held businesses across a wide range of industries, offering strategic, hands-on counsel in matters ranging from commercial finance to corporate structuring, mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory compliance. He frequently serves as outside general counsel to companies, providing day-to-day legal support and long-term strategic guidance tailored to each client’s goals. Mick earned his undergraduate degree in Political Science from Brigham Young University – Hawaii, where he also competed as a NCAA Division II golfer. He received his law degree from Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, D.C., and is a member of the State Bar of Arizona, the Maricopa County Bar Association, and the J. Reuben Clark Law Society. He regularly teaches and lectures on business law topics for industry and professional groups. Outside the office, Mick enjoys time with his wife and three children, playing golf and basketball, and restoring and racing classic cars.

Prior to joining RaisinBread, Doreen served as Vice President of Operations at Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company and brings over 40 years of leadership experience in the insurance industry. Recognized by Insurance Business America as one of its “Elite Women,” Doreen has been celebrated for her professional achievements and for breaking barriers for women in the insurance field. A passionate community leader and activist, Doreen was inducted into Scottsdale’s History Hall of Fame and has been honored as a diversity champion for her advocacy in civil and human rights. She is a proud graduate of Scottsdale Leadership, where she also served as President of the Board of Directors and continues to contribute through the Advisory Council. In recognition of her service, she received the Frank W. Hodges Alumni Achievement Award. Doreen also served as President of the Board of Directors for the Scottsdale Chamber of Commerce from 2019 to 2021 and continues to serve on the board. She is a member of the President’s Advisory Council for Scottsdale Community College and a board member of the Scottsdale Historical Society. As a certified coach, Doreen mentors young professionals and C-suite executives, focusing on career planning, personal branding, and transformational leadership. Doreen earned her undergraduate degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
Andy Woodward
Andy Woodward is currently Director and CTO of OneBCG, a consulting and software development firm with offices in US, India, Australia and the UK. Andy currently sets the technology direction for the company and customers, designs enterprise software, and performs client technical analysis and due diligence. He has over 30-years of experience in consulting, designing and implementing enterprise software and solutions in a wide range of industries from banking to insurance, manufacturing, petroleum, and government.
Prior to joining OneBCG, Andy was C TO and software architect for a financial technology startup where he designed and implemented ACH, credit card, and K YC platforms responsible for processing over $1 -billion in transactions.
Andy is passionate about education for disadvantaged youth and is a board member and treasurer of Southwest Institute of Montessori Studies. He is also on the board of the Phoenix Innovation Foundation.
Andy has a degree in industrial photography from Rochester Institute of Technology.
