When will the new online platform be available?

How long will I have access to the current online account?
The current online system will be available until Tuesday, January 27, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. Arizona Time.
Will my User ID change?
Unless you have been contacted directly, your User ID will not change during migration.For security purposes, the new online platform does not allow the use of your first name, last name, or business name as part of your User ID. While this was allowed at migration, if the bank needs to reset your password, phone number, or other user details in the future, you may be prompted to update your User ID.
What will my password be for the new online platform?
Your current password will migrate to the new platform.
What if I use a token?
If you currently use a token, your existing token will migrate, but you will need to re-enroll the token.
Will I still need a token at every login?
No. A token will not be required for every login. You will log in using your password, and the platform may or may not prompt you for a one-time passcode.
Will my ACH templates and payees transfer over?
Yes. All saved templates and payees used within the last six months will migrate to the new platform.
Will my sub-users transfer to the new platform?
Yes. All sub-users will transfer with the same access levels and entitlements.
Are there any changes to the mobile app?
Will my Bill Pay payments transfer to the new system?
Yes. Existing payments will transfer. However, if you have scheduled or recurring payments, you will need to re-establish or reschedule them.
Is the Remote Deposit Capture product changing?
No. The Remote Deposit Capture product is not changing, and your existing scanner will continue to work.
Will I need to reconnect QuickBooks or other accounting software?
Yes. Users will need to reconnect QuickBooks on or after February 9, 2026.
What other changes should I be aware of?
1. Account nicknames will not carry over and will need to be re-added.
2. Businesses will now have external transfer capabilities.
3. Business administrators can add, delete, and modify sub-users, including resetting sub-user passwords.
4. Both personal and business users will have expanded alert and notification options.
